STEFTI took home the trophy as Over-all Champion during the Eastern Visayas Debate Championship – British Parliamentary Open Tournament held at UPV Tacloban College last September 13-15.

Debaters Sebastian Miguel D. Rudas and John Lorenz S. Lesiguez bagged the title Grand Champion against college debaters despite being the only high school team to have made it to the finals. Rudas collected the ‘Finals Best Speaker’ award while Lesiguez won 7th Best Speaker among all the debaters in the competition.

Adjudicators Sophia Margaret P. Maraya and Samantha Margarette A. Odon also finished 3rd and 5th Best Adjudicator awards respectively.
