1. Considering the new modes of delivery, how much do we have to pay for the new school year?

UPDATED: The STEFTI Admin understands that these are not easy times for everyone. We explored all options available that will help us keep our costs down. We eliminated fees for services that we will not be able to deliver this year, such as the socio-cultural and sports events, and the use of the speech lab. However, it is necessary that we use a Learning Management System (LMS) for our online learning, a service that was not previously included in our fees. After much discussion and deliberation, we were able to come up with school fees that will allow the school to operate efficiently without burdening the parents.

Our total school fees differ for each grade level, but we were able to lower them by as much as Php 950.00 to 2,000.00. This is our way of helping you, our parents and students, during this trying time.

You may choose between Blended Learning (Online Classes + Face-to-Face Classes) or pure Online Learning.

2. When is the enrollment for old, continuing students?

UPDATED: Enrollment for continuing students will officially start on June 8. A payment of at least Php 5,000.00 is required upon enrollment for SY 2020-2021. The balance may be paid in installment until February.

Enrollment for CONTINUING students is from June 8 until July 10.

We are working on having the enrolment done online, so that parents will have the option to enroll online, but if you wish to, you may also go the the office to enroll your child. The office is open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

3. Do you accept new students? When can new students enroll?

As previously announced, the Entrance Exams have been waived for incoming new students. Students from other schools who wish to study in STEFTI may enroll starting on June 15, provided that they pass the criteria for new students: a General Average of at least 90 on the card, and no grade on the card below 89 in any subject.

Transferees should bring the following:
– Form 138 (Report Card from previous grade level)
– Photocopy of Live Birth Certificate
– Certificate of Good Moral Character

Transferees will also have to undergo an interview with the Student Affairs and Conduct Office before they are allowed to enroll.

Enrollment for NEW students is from June 15 until July 17. Enrolment may also be done online or you may visit the Admin Office on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

4. Can students from other schools who did not meet the grade cut-off be allowed to take the entrance exam instead?

There have been queries about students requesting that the Entrance Exam NOT be waived for those who did not meet the cut-off grade, to give them a chance to enter STEFTI. Parents of these students are asked to email a request letter addressed to the School Director, with an attached copy of your child’s lates report card. Please email this to steftiacademics@gmail.com, with the SUBJECT: Request for Entrance Exam.

The office will get back to you as soon as the exam dates have been decided on.

5. Will incoming Nursery students also take an entrance exam?

Entrance exams are also waived for Nursery students. However, parents may be interviewed before they enroll their child. Please bring with you a photocopy of your child’s NSO Live Birth Certificate.
