Students from all the departments of STEFTI display their artistic prowess as they join the nation in celebrating the National Arts Month during the month of February. This is according to Presidential Proclamation No. 683 signed in 1991. Spearheaded by the National Commission for Culture and the Arts, this event aims to highlight the importance of acknowledging exceptional artistic contribution and promoting artistic movement and expressions in the field of visual arts, architecture and the allied arts, music, dance, cinema, dramatic and literary arts.
With the theme, “Sining ng Pag-asa”, we recognize the arts as a source and expression of hope, shown in the creative ways we respond to the effects of the pandemic, natural calamities, and other social realities, as well as the arts’ role in improving our community life as Filipinos.
